  • 通常支持服务：
    基于记录分析、过去事例和知识库提供支持服务。包括修正问题点、提供修改补丁或依据需要对产品进行升级。（保修服务期间内的顾客为对象）
  • 限定支持服务：
    基于过去事例和知识库提供支持服务。不包括对程序代码的新修改。提供过去修改补丁或依据需要升级产品到最新版本。（保修服务期间内的顾客为对象）
  • 终止支持服务：
    终止技术性咨询解答，推荐升级至最新版本。

免费实用工具 ImageCenter、HyperBoot 以最新版本为提供支持服务的对象。在顾客使用环境中发生问题时，提供记录分析，问题点修改以及修改后的版本。
